3.3 Valley Springs Responsibilities

• Manage all farming operations including planting, maintenance, and harvesting
• Provide all necessary inputs, labor, and equipment
• Market and sell agricultural produce
• Provide transparent financial reporting
• Distribute profit shares as per agreement terms

8. Termination
